Privacy

Your information, in plain English

This site collects as little as it can, and nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.

What I collect

When you send a request through the contact form, I keep what you typed: your name, phone number, email if you gave one, what you need help with, and your note. I also keep a scrambled version of your internet address to stop robots from flooding the form.

Why

Only so I can call you back, remember what we talked about, and keep track of the visit. That's it. No marketing lists, no selling, no sharing with advertisers.

Where it lives

Your request is stored in a private database I run, and a copy is emailed to me. The form uses a Cloudflare check to tell people from robots; Cloudflare sees your browser, not your answers.

Cookies and tracking

This site has no advertising cookies and no tracking. There is nothing to opt out of.

Removing your information

Ask, and I'll delete it. Send a note through the form or mention it during a visit.

Working in your home

During visits I never ask for your passwords. Anything I see on your devices stays between us.
